BBQ Pork with Lemon Grass Stir Fry
  1. 16 oz. Yakisoba noodles, prepared according to package directions (thawed and ready to use, boil or microwave)
  2. 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  3. 1 tsp. Ginger, diced
  4. 1 tsp. Garlic, diced
  5. 1 tsp. Lemongrass, ground
  6. 1 tsp. Black pepper, ground
  7. 1 tsp. Honey
  8. 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
  9. ¼ cup Onion, sliced
  10. ¼ cup Red pepper, sliced
  11. ¼ cup Carrot, julienned
  12. 2 Tbsp. Green onion, sliced
  13. 8 oz. BBQ Pork, cooked and sliced
  1. Combine soy sauce, ginger, garlic, lemongrass, black pepper, and honey in a mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. Add Sesame oil to heated Wok.
  3. Sautee onion, red pepper, carrots in the sesame oil.
  4. Add Yakisoba noodles to the vegetables.
  5. Pour soy mixture over noodles.
  6. Sautee until noodles are well glazed.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onion and BBQ Pork.
