Spicy Ginger Miso Soup
  1. 16 oz. Lo Mein Noodles, prepared according to package directions (thawed and ready to use, boil or microwave)
  2. 16 oz. Miso soup broth
  3. ¼ cup Tofu, cubed
  4. ¼ cup Kale, chopped
  5. ¼ cup Shitake mushrooms, sliced
  6. ¼ cup Bean sprouts
  7. 2 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce
  8. 2 Tbsp. Green onion, sliced
  1. Combine all ingredients except for scallions in a sauce pot and bring to a simmer.
  2. Split soup into 2 serving bowls.
  3. Garnish with chopped green onions.
