Pork Belly Fried Rice
  1. 8 oz. Chicken Fried Rice, prepared according to package directions (stove-top, oven or microwave)
  2. 6 oz. Pork Belly
  3. 4 tips Asparagus
  4. ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  5. ¼ cup Hot & Sour Sauce
  1. Cook the pork belly until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
  2. Blanche asparagus until tender.
  3. Mix soy sauce and hot & sour together in a bowl.
  4. On a bed of Chicken Fried Rice and top the rice with pork belly and asparagus and finish with hot and sour soy glaze.
