Ingredients
  1. 8 oz. Vegetable Fried Rice, prepared according to package directions (stove-top, oven, steam or microwave)
  2. 2 Gourmet Vegetable Potstickers, prepared according to package directions
  3. 2 Pork Spring Rolls, prepared according to package directions
  4. 2 oz. Grilled Chicken Breast
  5. ¼ cup Szechuan Sauce
Instructions
  1. Grill chicken breast until internal temperature is 165 degrees.
  2. On a bed of Vegetable Fried Rice, layer Gourmet Vegetable Potstickers, Pork Spring Rolls and grilled chicken breast the same way you would a cobb salad.
  3. Finish with Szechuan sauce and serve.
