Fried Rice Platter
- 8 oz. Vegetable Fried Rice, prepared according to package directions (stove-top, oven, steam or microwave)
- 2 Gourmet Vegetable Potstickers, prepared according to package directions
- 2 Pork Spring Rolls, prepared according to package directions
- 2 oz. Grilled Chicken Breast
- ¼ cup Szechuan Sauce
- Grill chicken breast until internal temperature is 165 degrees.
- On a bed of Vegetable Fried Rice, layer Gourmet Vegetable Potstickers, Pork Spring Rolls and grilled chicken breast the same way you would a cobb salad.
- Finish with Szechuan sauce and serve.
