Chinese Sesame Chicken Noodle Soup

Chinese Sesame Chicken Noodle Soup
  1. 16 oz. Yakisoba noodles, prepared according to package directions (thawed and ready to use, boil or microwave)
  2. 16 oz. Chicken stock
  3. 1 tsp. Garlic, diced
  4. ¼ cup Napa cabbage, shredded
  5. 1 Tbsp. Sesame seeds, toasted
  6. 2 Tbsp. Green onion, sliced
  7. 8 oz. Grilled chicken, sliced
  1. Combine chicken stock, and garlic in a sauce pot and bring to a simmer.
  2. Turn off heat and add Napa cabbage.
  3. Add Yakisoba noodles.
  4. Split soup into two large serving bowls.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds, sliced green onion, and sliced chicken.
