- 16 oz. Chow Mien noodles, prepared according to package directions (thawed and ready to use, boil or microwave)
- ½ Cucumber, seeded and sliced
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup Kalamata olives, halved
- ½ cup Red onion, sliced
- ½ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- ½ cup Red wine vinaigrette
- ¼ cup Tzatziki sauce
- Combine all the ingredients (excluding the tzatziki) in a mixing bowl and toss to combine.
- Refrigerate up to 2 days. Garnish with a dollop of tzatziki and serve.
