Chef Salad
  1. 16 oz. Chow Mien noodles, prepared according to package directions (thawed and ready to use, boil or microwave)
  2. ½ Cucumber, seeded and sliced
  3. 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  4. ½ cup Kalamata olives, halved
  5. ½ cup Red onion, sliced
  6. ½ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  7. ½ cup Red wine vinaigrette
  8. ¼ cup Tzatziki sauce
  1. Combine all the ingredients (excluding the tzatziki) in a mixing bowl and toss to combine.
  2. Refrigerate up to 2 days. Garnish with a dollop of tzatziki and serve.
