Beef Soy Sauce Ramen
  1. 6 oz. Ramen Noodles
  2. 1 cup Chicken stock
  3. 3 oz. Boy choy
  4. TT Soy sauce
  5. 1 Tsp. Sesame oil
  6. 2 Tsp. Green onion, slivered
  7. 1 Tbsp. Carrots, matchstick
  8. 3 oz. Flank steak, cooked and sliced
  1. 1. Ramen Noodles are precooked and ready to use. Defrost noodles under running water or blanch in hot water for 1-2 minutes. Remove and drain excess water.
  2. 2. Combine chicken stock and bok choy in a small sauce pot and bring to a simmer. Add in soy sauce and soy sauce.
  3. 3. Add noodles into broth, simmer for 2 minutes, top with green onion, carrots, flank steak, and serve.
