Beef Soy Sauce Ramen

Ramen Noodles topped with a soy base broth seasoned with chicken stock, sesame oil and green onion, topped with juicy flank steak.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. Amoy Ramen Noodles
  • 1 cup Chicken stock
  • 3 oz. Bok choy
  • TT Soy sauce
  • 1 Tsp. Sesame oil
  • 2 Tsp. Green onion, slivered
  • 1 Tbsp. Carrots, matchstick
  • 3 oz. Flank steak, cooked and sliced

Instructions

  1. Amoy Ramen Noodles are precooked and ready to use. Defrost noodles under running water or blanch in hot water for 1-2 minutes. Remove and drain excess water.
  2. Combine chicken stock and bok choy in a small sauce pot and bring to a simmer. Add in soy sauce and soy sauce.
  3. Add noodles into broth, simmer for 2 minutes, top with green onion, carrots, flank steak, and serve.
