Chef Salad

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Amoy Chow Mein Noodles, prepared according to package directions (thawed and ready to use, boil or microwave)
  • ½ Cucumber, seeded and sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup Kalamata olives, halved
  • ½ cup Red onion, sliced
  • ½ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • ½ cup Red wine vinaigrette
  • ¼ cup Tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients (excluding the tzatziki) in a mixing bowl and toss to combine.
  2. Refrigerate up to 2 days. Garnish with a dollop of tzatziki and serve.
