Fried Rice Platter

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Amoy Vegetable Fried Rice, prepared according to package directions (stove-top, oven, steam or microwave)
  • 2 Amoy Vegetable Potstickers, prepared according to package directions
  • 2 Amoy Vegetable Spring Rolls, prepared according to package directions
  • 2 oz. Grilled Chicken Breast
  • ΒΌ cup Szechuan Sauce

Instructions

  1. Grill chicken breast until internal temperature is 165 degrees.
  2. On a bed of Amoy Vegetable Fried Rice, layer Amoy Vegetable Potstickers, Amoy Vegetable Spring Rolls and grilled chicken breast the same way you would for a cobb salad.
  3. Finish with Szechuan sauce and serve.
