Whole Grain Noodle Caprese
  1. 16 oz. Whole Wheat noodles, prepared according to package directions (thawed and ready to use, boil or microwave)
  2. 1 cup Grape tomatoes, halved
  3. 1 cup Mozzarella pearls
  4. ½ cup Red onion, sliced
  5. ½ cup Basil, chiffonade
  6. ¼ cup Olive oil
  7. 1 tsp. Garlic, minced
  8. 1 Tbsp. Balsamic glaze
  9. TT Salt and Pepper
  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl (excluding the balsamic glaze) and toss to combine.
  2. Refrigerate for up to 4 hours before serving. Garnish with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
